Initial call to discuss the role with the Senior Talent Partner. This was followed up with a video Interview with the HR Director/ Head of People. The final stage was a face-to-face meeting with the Senior Talent Partner, the HR Director/ Head of People & the Chief Client Officer. The process was super smooth and slick. Things moved quickly, and the communication between Sam, the Senior Talent Partner, and me was fantastic! It was a great candidate experience! The opportunity to visit the office and meet the team in person was also excellent. Seeing the agency and the working environment was super helpful. Accepting this opportunity was simple for me. The opportunity to join a great group of people in a fantastic agency was too good to pass! I can’t wait to join the team!
