Spoke with recruiter, hiring manager, then had an afternoon of 3-4 30 minute interviews with some case studies mixed in. Everyone is extremely nice and made the process feel relaxed. I heard back within 1-2 weeks after my last interview round.

Phone screen with a specific recruiter was probably the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had. The conversation went left from the beginning, it just felt like there was little interest in the work I had done and a lot of bias based on an earlier scheduling mixup we had earlier in the day. I think recruiters are often the first line of introduction to your company and this recruiter definitely didn't make feel like I wanted to work there.
