The interview was conducted in person, it was easy to schedule. There were a few job specific tests I did to show where my skill level was. There was also an interview with the manager and CEO.

What are three ways you could help us grow our company?
Terrible waste of time. Upon arrival, they make you take Word/Excel/personality tests on their computers, then you finally speak get to speak with someone for 10 minutes before being thrown into a 90-minute IQ test. A five-year-old could complete these tests. They’re not difficult, just pointless. Also, they immediately tell you that you must work overtime in order to make decent money. What a warm welcome! Don’t waste your time.
