Interview process was OK. I got confirmation over email that I have been shortlisted. But then Nobody responded for 2 weeks and then suddenly I got to know that they are not moving with my candidacy. They could have directly told me that they found another candidate . But HR lied that they forgot about me all together. They follow unethical practices and rely on lying.

It's an extremely heavy interview process that will require you to do research and present something. Ultimately the criteria isn't clear. It seems they prefer people with highly specific industry knowledge
4 rounds, 1st HR, 2nd Management, 3rd Case study, 4th chat with the director.
Good atmosphere, online interviews, no in person interview. Case study is interesting and fun to finish
