Easy and simple interview overall. I heard back the same day with a job offer, which was a great surprise. The interview questions were very generic and straightforward, focusing on teamwork, problem solving, and telling them a bit about myself. Nothing felt too difficult or unexpected. The interviewers were very, very friendly and made the whole experience comfortable and relaxed. It felt more like a conversation than a formal interview, which helped reduce nerves and made it easier to answer questions confidently.

Very informal they do a role playing task where a customer calls in they also ask about customer service you have done and received from others and your experience overall the women was nice and through the interview and prior was lovely used to call up after offer and ask how I was if had any questions
