Interview process was simple for me. I was interviewed by an Area Sales Manager and the Operations Manager. Attitude and Attire is very important for the interview. Dress sharp and professional. keep confident and positive attitude. No casual wear.

Very unorganized, no one knew what the other managers were doing. Norma the shoe manger was a nasty person and doesn’t like caucasians. Very back stabbing & they treat sales associates like trash.
