applied online (submitted resume, took analytical quiz, personality quiz, and answered questions about work preferences), I was called in for very brief first interview with the assistant store manager, called back for second interview with a department manager interview and she asked about 5 questions.. very quick process other than having to wait 2 weeks to start in their next round of employee training

Domanda 1
Can you work until 9pm twice a week, most Saturdays and most holidays?
Not sure what to expect. When I spoke to the manager it felt very condescending and off putting. The interview was fine but they exaggerated the amount of commission associates can make and didn’t even give me a chance to agree to a job offer just assumed that I would take it. I don’t have very high hopes about how it will be working there. When I came in for my interview one associate didn’t even greet me like she did the last customer and the energy of the atmosphere just felt super dull and soulless. I need this job on my resume as a fashion business student for internships so I’ll push through but not at all optimistic about the work environment.
Standard interview, quite short (20 minutes) for the first round. Asked about past experience, sales skills, expected pay, and my future goals at the company. Interviewers were very nice and welcoming, made the experience much less intimidating!
