Three different managers interviewed me. If you make it through the first two the last is with the store manager and you pretty much made it. You basically have to show enthusiasm and make sure to state that your main goal is customer service. Mention any selling experience as well as any cash transaction experience.

The interview process was straightforward, I talked with one of the ASM's (Assistant Store Manager) for maybe 30 minutes. After that interview, I was invited for an interview with the store manager.

Interview was easy, all I was told was my availability. Been notified the store had enough of store associates. They've offered me dock position. Though they have never spoke of anything relating to clean and do custodian work.

I had 2 interviews. Both were easy going in a warm and friendly environment but you could easily tell how busy the store was. I was offered the job at the second interview. You need to know going into the interview where in the store you want to work.
