Applied through the Dillon Consulting Engineering Graduate Scholarship. The winner of the scholarship also got a full-time job offer at pretty much any of their locations so treated it like a job application. Submitted initial application in November, submitted video answering a bunch of questions in December, got an email in January saying I was shortlisted and had a behavioural/HR interview in January that lasted about an hour. Pretty typical questions, they said during the interview that in the next week or two they'll set up a technical interview with people in the engineering field I was hoping to go into, but never heard back despite multiple followups. Have not seen anything on Dillon's socials about winners of the scholarship so unsure what happened.
