The first-round interview is an introductory call with a Human Resource lady. Four days later, it is followed up scheduling another round of phone interview with a VP role. The second conversation only took less than 10 min.

Colloquio
The process is supposed to be three-steps. Screening phone interview with a recruiter, followed by video technical interview with mgr. Finally, having passed previous interviews will be invited to on-site interviews. What was supposed to be video interview turned out to be phone interview since there was some problems and it was frustrating. And, the material had been sent by a recruiter before the interview had nothing to do with technical interviews. All questions were pretty checking qualifications by seemingly SQL questions but in realty logical teasing tests.
