Had a pleasant chat with HR, then spoke with 1 manager of the team I would potentially be joining. Had a great feeling about the team after this. Then went on to the 3+ hour back-to-back interview(6 30 min interviews). Still felt really good about the team at this point. After this I started to get increasingly withdrawn communication from HR. Was promised to hear feedback after having to reach out a few times. Currently feeling ghosted since I have a few emails that have seemingly been ignored, about 2 months since my final interview. Just wish I could get a straight response/feedback(good or bad) from the team since I spent this much time investing in the interviews. Its a shame because the team itself seemed like a really good one to be apart of. Hopeful things just run slow and will hear back one day.
