I was first asked for a phone screening which lasted about 45 minutes. A little less than 2 weeks after this I was invited in for an interview at the firm. The interview was unstructured, so it was more of a conversation. I was encouraged to share my portfolio and we discussed my work openly, as well as my strengths and weaknesses. The interviewers were kind and courteous.
