They scheduled an interview a week after I applied. There is a simple math/english test one has to take. I interviewed with the department manager and then the branch/general manager. They noted that there is a training period. Bilingual is very helpful here, but not required.

I was offered part-time hours in the Chicago office (Wood Dale, IL) with pay. They were flexible with my school schedule and holidays during final semester.
