Unknowingly was call screened by the CEO of the company, was then asked to come in for an in person interview. Everyone was very friendly, environment seemed really fun, and the employees seemed happy.

My interview was with the CEO. He asked leading questions and let me do most of the talking. After talking, he provided me with information on the company, the job description, an a brief on the companies vision. I was sold on his passion and energy for his company. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. I received the position soon after and started the next week.
