Interview process included a phone interview and onsite meeting with three directors, one peer manager, and staff members. Process also included onsite timed tests. Overall process was valuable and helps determine fit and sync with Direct Supply. Questions included behavioral, personal questions - tell me about yourself, job related questions as well as specific questions regarding past experience by location.
