Typical interview process. Screening call, 1st stage, 2nd stage and 3rd stage. In terms of arranging an interview, it was very antiquated in the sense that you have to go back and forth with emailing as opposed to a calendar link.
I've have never had a 1 hour and 30 minute interview before, but I can see why companies tend not to have lengthy interviews. During my 2nd stage call, it was very evident that this was not a great cultural fit, and this was during a 1 hour 30 minute call. What really stood out to me was how the company spoke negatively about current staff and it was at the point where I clocked out.
Such a shame as I was invested up until the 2nd stage call. I count myself lucky I was able to see this during the interview and not after joining.
I also have a habit of not chasing after an interview to measure the company's communication consistency. They took exactly 2 weeks to come back to me with very minimal feedback after spending 3 hours during their interview process. Before this, communication was very quick. Please avoid.
