The hiring process is very easy. They want to hire people. They kind of give the impression they are desperate for bodies that can show up to work on time.
I hate to hear your interview experience wasn't what it should have been. Our process sometimes takes a little longer because we are committed to find the best candidate(s). Concierge positions, specifically, can take some time because we hire 5-10 people to start on the same day in order properly organize training. I am happy to hear that you accepted the offer and I'm sure you are doing a fantastic job!
