Applied online, got a phone call to schedule for a phone interview within a week, Interviewer from HR was really nice and easy going. After the over the phone interview i was invited for a in-person interview. During the interview she show me a collection of note cards with words of personalities on it and rank them from which describe you the best to the least and give examples. After that she took me to walk around the whole center and show me where everything is at and the amenities in the center. The whole experience was very pleasant and I got an offer at the end.

The interview went smooth, with a few number of questions! The recruiter was super nice which made me feel comfortable. It wasn't too long, it took a max of 30 minutes.
