Had a phone interview with a Manager. I was asked to go through my resume and describe my projects. Was then asked how much do I know about Discover, what's the difference from other financial agencies. Know about credit industry. Was asked SQL AND SAS.

Too many stages of interview . Met with 5 people on different dates and time. It would have time for the parties to tag team and schedule same day. The final was the deciding factor, that person could have been the first to save time and effort.

ask me lots of technical questions about statistics, including model choice, missing value, etc. I think I answered most of them, but they still reject me without notification. Three interviewer together. I thought I know the answer, but maybe I didn't explain clearly enough. so I failed. so Disappointed.
