I had interview last year went well the first round. The recruiter followed up immediately and the hiring manager interviewed within a day and that went wellbut then there was a slack with scheduling department i had to follow up couple of time and finally got a call to go onsite. I had a panel and that again went well and after interview again a vacum. Finally I hear back that interview went well but they selected another candidate. This is a pattern over and over again. I think Discover prefers internal candiates and the interview and screening process is a joke and they are satisfying the government needs of screening,
