Colloquio
First, three 30 minute phone interviews with two Project Managers. Second, flew me in and went through 5 interviews in 3 hours. The interviews were with Project Managers, Manager, Senior Manager and a Vice President.

They were all very straight forward and general questions. Go in with four or five examples of projects you've worked on that you can manipulate and you'll be fine.
