One can have more than the basic qualifications for a job at Discover and still be passed over and ghosted. This company seems to not to consider anyone who is not "favorited" for a job. Not worth applying here.
They weren't very fond of my entrepreneurial experience, but also I was entry level coming out of college. Can't blame them. They were nice and took me out to lunch after the interview, which probably was actually a "cultural interview," but I wasn't wise enough to understand at the time.
