After I submitted the application, the recruiter emailed me to set up a call for the next day. Moved on to interview with the hiring manager, then moved on to a longer formal interview with 2 other directors and the hiring manager again. 3 days later I received a call from the recruiter with an offer. After accepting the offer, went through background check and fingerprinting. I was given an option for 2 or 3 weeks starting date. Very easy process!
