worst process complete waste of candidate time , there will 5 rounds and final round with director she dont know anything about process and complete waste of time, they access candidate based on final stage doesnt matter how candidate performed in 4 rounds before

It's informal, the interviewer just pull out a list of question then start to ask the questions from the list. it seems the interviewer just try to go thorough all the Qs and doesn't care about the answer at all.
