I attended a career fair, and they had a booth set up. I waited a little while before talking with one of their representatives. I later sent in my application (both through their website and my school's own system), and was granted a behavioral interview. It went pretty well- standard questions about my resume, experiences, how I might fit the company, etc. I heard back from them a few days later.

I applied online through my university. I had an interview on campus. We went over my resume then did a case study and then there was time for questions. Heard back 2 days later.
