Four-person interview/STAR method questioning/takes time to hear back from HR about the final decision. I thought the overall process was lengthy and a bit nerve-wracking, but in the end I was offered the job.

Describe a time you had to prioritize your duties to meet a deadline.
It was an ordinary process where I met with the HR person and went on to interviewing with the hiring manager, Director of finance, and VP of finance. From there I had an offer within a week.

Applied through my university's career services office and the company website. They got back to me quick to set up an interview. The first round included a 30 minute case and 30 minute behavioral interview. They responded quickly once again and offered me a final round interview which will follow a dinner event the night before. This interview will take place in 2 weeks.
