After applying online, I waited 3 months until I heard back from them for a phone interview where they asked me basic questions and a series of electrical questions. After passing this part, they asked me to schedule an in-person interview where I had to demonstrate my electrical knowledge, and also talked about the position and types of work I would be doing. Overall, both interviews were fairly straight forward, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They helped me feel at ease when I was feeling nervous. Helpful Hints: - Know your electrical safety and theory. - Maintain the Disney Look - Have some Disneyland knowledge - Don't give up if you don't get hired the first time. This was my 3rd time applying within 5 years, and I finally got hired!
