whole interview process from initial contact to hire took four months. Began with a screening call; spoke about myself and my experience. a couple of weeks later, contact was made to schedule an onsite interview. A round table interview with HR and 4 other incumbents of different management levels were present. At this point is was mostly for them to know whether I was a culture fit. I talked about myself and my experiences. It was overall a relaxing interview. I then had a site walk and was tested by the hiring manager on trivial things that were observed.
