      Colloquio

      Really easy and low-pressure interview process. Did an HR phone screen, then had the option to schedule a second interview with a hiring manager, either through teams or in person. I opted for over teams. The hiring manager I was supposed to interview with was unavailable, but someone else took her place. The person who did my interview instead was extremely down to earth, and informative about the role and the company, it wasn’t your typical awkward interview where you have to prep a bunch of scenarios to talk about.

      My interview was scheduled by HR, I arrived early (15 min) & was told by reception "she won't come out to greet you untill your appt time, Please have a seat" Weirdly direct but, okay .. The interview was long, 45 min of questions that would all basically give you the answer you were looking for the first few...Annoying. The interviewer said aloud "let me think what else she would ask you" huh, who? Then when we were rounding towards what I thought was the end she said let me see if she is here, that's who you will be supervising to. Low & behold someone arrived to interview me all over again, her first question started deja vu, the same exact questions I just answered...I couldn't believe it. Maybe HR should have scheduled this interview with everyone aboard or this night shift supervisor should have arrived earlier than her shift. Lastly, much annoyed myself after repeating myself twice, I could tell the 2nd interviewer was annoyed when I mentioned "I literally asked all the questions I had in the last 45min interview" at that point I knew I wouldnt enjoy their careless organization & needless to say I never got a call back to say yay or nay even after confirming when they would be selecting a candidate by or after sending a courtesy email. Let me add, My experience from my previous position was exactly the same detailed job, the only difference was the product
