I applied and then shortly after was invited to an "intern afternoon". I got there and there were about 8-9 other people there interviewing. It was not a group interview, they would interview us individually and while others in the group waited they would play games, ping pong, and get to know some of the managers. After that I got a call from one of the Ecommerce team leads and had several interviews over the phone with him, mainly just talking about what the job entailed and him asking me a few more questions. Later after one of our calls I got a formal offer via email. The process was great and everyone involved seemed genuine and caring.
