I applied online. Then received an email to complete a quick test choosing adjectives that describe the job and then myself. Days later, I received another email to choose a time for an interview. The interview was a group interview along with other candidates and was more about culture / personality / goals instead of skills / work experience. I thought I did well but received an email a couple of days later saying they will choose another candidate. My understanding is that if I did proceed, there would've been 3 additional interviews with various levels of management then I'd be given a book that discusses the company culture and I'd need to fully understand this book before getting hired.
