got called from a recruiter for phone screening + 2 video calls + 1 onsite, very friendly people, kinda lengthy process

Here's how the story goes: The recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn saying I'm a great fit for an open position within the team and would like to move things forward through a technical coding challenge. The coding challenge take a 1.5 to 2 hours of your time. I submitted the challenge in that very week (did it to the best of my abilities) and the recruiter promised to get back within a week after having someone from the team review the code. Almost a month and several follow ups later, I get this automated email from the recruiting team that they have decided to not move forward with my candidacy. No one even bothered to contact me or provide any feedback on the work I had done. Highly unprofessional!!! Before submitting the coding challenge, the recruiters were contacting me almost every other day asking if I am done with the challenge and when would i be able to submit. After i submitted it, no one even bothers to get back to me. Would not recommend any of my friends to waste time with this process.
