Multiple interviews, plus a skills test. Told me on-site that I did well in both and to expect a call that week. Never heard back. Never returned calls or emails. As a recruiter myself, ghosting candidates is a huge red flag. Position has now been open for over a year, suggesting poor req mgmt and poor OFCCP compliance.

Long and drawn out. Met with multiple people and they all asked the same exact questions. gave me an offer late that day b. But didnt get an offer letter even after I started the job.
