I applied online, got invited for a 1st interview with Nayab - she mentioned not to be experienced on interviews (and clearly I could tell that - but she was nice). After this I passed to the second round which was a presentation I needed to prepare and send over. After couple of days of sending the presentation I got a standard rejection email with no feedback on the decision. I then emailed Nayab asking for feedback, after all I had invested time doing the presentation and would expect the company to acknowledge that and tell the candidate why there're not a match. I never got a reply and till this day I have no ideia what went wrong. This is very poor candidate experience. This shows no respect for candidates time and investment.
