Was interviewed via teams which was an awkward way to interview. Several times the interviewer paused after answering the question and while reading and preparing for the next question. They made several mistakes during the interview process. Sending me information for a marketing job instead of a safety manager job. I missed my "real" interview because of that. The hiring manager called me to ask why I didn't show up to the interview and I explained it was a week later. She fixed the issue and rescheduled but seemed annoyed after that. They have reposted the position several times after the interview and seem to fail to get any candidates to apply. Seems like they may have severe disorganization and internal issues. Glad I missed that one...
