Very straight forward, done on site. Manager was very friendly and courteous but PM has changed since then. She provided me with the history about Dittmar and mentioned opportunities to grow within the company. She also listened to everything I had to say and had good constructive follow up questions during the interview.

Met with regional and then property manager of the location in which I was supposed to start, due to my experience I was offered a position at another location that paid more because their starting pay at the initial location was simply just not up to standards for the job. It seems like the job I had back on the westcoast was spread out in 3 different positions over at this company.
