Intensive interview process. External recruiters give some sense of hope once they move you forward to the next round,. But as soon as you begin interviewing with Divvy/Bill managers, it gets real. If they don't see a burning passion in every fiber of your being to grow their business, consider yourself rejected. These interviewers seem to be looking for something beyond perfection.

It was a long not so fun process. I had to interview 2 times, (8 total interviews) before i got the job. It should have been faster and more professional. They over promised the first time

Initial screening with HR Manager followed by multiple interviews with different managers. After each round of interviews you have to wait multiple days to move forward. It took me about four weeks to complete the entire interview process.
