The process was as follows: 1)An initial call with recruiter and hiring manager 2)A technical interview with VP of Ops EMEA 3) A project debrief with the VP of Ops EMEA and the Regional Manager for West Africa -The project was given to be 1 week in advance and i needed to send it 24 hours before the project debrief meeting 4) A bar raiser interviewer with the Senior VP of Ops 5)Final interview with an experienced stakeholder that covered both technical expertise and culture fit
