I had a disappointing experience. The HR representative was unfriendly and asked only basic questions, despite her limited English. I was surprised that her language skills were below the average standard in China—at times, I struggled to understand what she was asking or saying. Although I answered her few questions thoroughly, she did not advance me to the next stage. It was a waste of time.

Quite straightforward and clear process Three rounds in total, one with HR, one with manager, one with VP, also it is completed within 2 weeks, very fast process. The instructions for each round is clear.
