I got an interview with HR (not a very likeable one). She asked me tons of things about my technical experience while pretending she understood something about it. I asked some questions about the way they worked, and her answer was asking me the same question so and never answering the question itself. Top HR skills. At the end it seems she decided my technical experience was not worth a second interview. I received an automatic email without any single feedback. I love it when, after being denied a second interview, I have this relief feeling seeing the way they treated you.
