Went through 3 rounds and got the final interview with Divisional Managers. The team was nice, but in the final round one of the divisional managers seemed to not care one bit he was interviewing someone. I then went 2 weeks and never heard anything. I reached out, Nothing. Then on the third week they responded and said they forgot to tell me I didnt get the position. Not upset about not getting the position, but it was entirely unprofessional.

Online Gespräch, 30 Minuten Erstes Kennenlernen, beidseitiges vorstellen und inhaltliche Fragen zur Stelle/zum Lebenslauf. Eine Personalerin war dabei. Fragen zu Formalitäten wie mögliches Einstiegsdatum und grobe Rahmenbedingungen wie Urlaubstage, Überstundenmodi und Betriebsferien wurden ebenfalls geklärt.
