It was a speed dating style, where I met with about five members of the Campaigns team. It was great to meet with them one on one as opposed to being in a conference style but because of the way it was set up, I was asked the same questions repeatedly. They were all very down to Earth and friendly.

Overall good interview process. Takes time (3 different rounds of interviews) but you'll know exactly what you're signing up for after. Consisted of speed interviews as well as team interviews with different teams across the entire organization. Definitely familiarize yourself with the organization beforehand. Questions range from professional experience to what I like to do on the weekends. Expect 1 to 2 months of interviews.
