After four interviews I was ghosted. The process was quick, with someone reaching out via LinkedIn and scheduling multiple interviews at once. The first three people I interviewed with seemed amazing, and I wish them nothing but success. The fourth was standoffish and rude, grilling me on questions that would normally be discussed with the recruiter and not applicable to the position. Through the questions I asked, there seems to be a bit of a toxic culture there, with little to no support or tools to help employees reach their goals.
