I was referred to this company by an employee. Initial application was sent over email, followed by scanned version of mandatory certificates. If selected then I was called to interview at Mumbai office. I interviewed with the Personnel Manager, followed by the General Manager and fleet manager. Once selected had to briefing with all department heads and the MD. Also had to pass a fitness test, and drug test before being employed.
