The application and interview process was pretty quick when I was hired. You apply online, receive a call from someone in HR. They will ask you to take a personality test, and fill out some more information. Someone from your department you are applying to will call you to set up a interview. Interview is about 20 minutes with the manager and VP. If all goes well they will call you back usually within a week.
