Three stage interview process. Takes around 1-2 weeks to complete.
First stage is with the VP of Sales he is very nice and asks basic information about who you are and what your aspirations are.
Next stage is the personality test or sales aptitude test. Takes around 45 minutes to complete and the company receives the results in a few business days.
Final Stage you go over the test.

Kind of extensive process for what this job really is. 2 weeks of interviews. Started off with the phone screen, then two 1:1's, then a 1:1 negotiation for salary. They had me take a DISC assessment, and fill out a bunch of background stuff and even provide references. Kind of odd because I've been interviewed at places that pay way more and didn't ask for half that stuff.

Took 3 Interviews and so much background check for such a tiny company. They make you take an exam based on your personality and hire you based on those results. Such a waste.
