Initial phone call with recruiter, then sales manager then face to face interview. Was told by sales manager on second call that they were keen to hire asap and the recruiter would be in touch the next week to let me know if I was successful for face to face interview. That afternoon I received e-mail from recruiter to invite me in for face to face interview and presentation in 2 days time which I could not attend due to my current work commitments. When I explained this I was met with a rather abrupt attitude advising me that they wanted to fill the position asap and already had other interviews done, implying that if I wanted to interview I would need to do it then. I ended up interviewing the following week and was told that they would have a decision asap (in 3 days time)...fast forward 3 weeks and I ended up emailing for an update as I never heard back only to be told via e-mail that I did not get the job with no other feedback given. Overall experience was negative as I felt they were inconsiderate of any other commitments I had, offered no follow up within reasonable time frame and gave no feedback while declining to offer the position.
