I attended a recruiting event at the beautiful SF office and was contacted after for an onsite interview. The initial interview was about an hour and it was a resume deep dive- each role, what the responsibilities were, what I liked and disliked about it, etc. I was invited back after for an onsite interview with 4 people: One senior leader in Customer Success, one Account Manager, one Professional Services Manager, and one CSM. Each interview was about a half hour. Each person was very professional and friendly. You can tell they hire A players. After positive feedback from this round, I met the team lead once onsite another time. Overall, the team was very communicative and professional. Great candidate experience.
