I applied for this job through a post on LinkedIn. About a week later I received a call from an HR person, hoping to arrange a phone interview. The next day, I had my phone interview, which went very well. I was asked about my resume, about my current job(s), and was educated on the responsibilities of the job opening. It was genuinely an enjoyable and exciting conversation, and I was very excited when I was asked to come in for an interview.
The next week, I went in and interviewed with three individuals separately. The first two were SDR's and the third was the manager of the department. I felt like the first person had never really interviewed someone before, and spent a lot of time waiting for me to ask questions about the job. He also took the opportunity to be open about the additional (unspoken) requirements that the job would have. He spoke negatively regarding the number of hours he had to work to stay on track with his goals, and made it clear that if I were to only come in for my assigned hours, that I wouldn't be there for long. Overall, this portion of the interview did not leave a positive impression of the job, or the company.
The second person I interviewed with was a stark difference to the first. She was kind, very informative of the details of the job, and offered insight into her average day. I had a good opportunity to learn a lot, and I took it. Found out that the company is growing so rapidly that most leads are already warm, and the job really wasn't too challenging.
The department manager was a good guy. He seemed interested in my background, and asked behavioral questions as well as several scenario-based questions. I will admit that I missed a great opportunity to answer one question more fully, but overall it was a pleasant, painless interview process.
After finding out that I did not get the job, the initial HR person thanked me for my time and actually offered to pass on my information to several other recruiters. This action alone shows that regardless of their decision not to hire me, they do hire excellent staff that care about their jobs.

Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
