Fairly simple, 1 initial call with the recruiter followed up with a video conference with the sales manager and one final last step in person.
Once the offer has been made, salary was extremely non-negotiable (they wouldn't budge one bit). Considering this was their first venture into Canada, they are paying less than the industry standard for this role. The actual day to day wasn't clear when asked what the hours for this role would look like.
ADVICE: Offer a more compelling offer with more details for the candidate to review + be willing to negotiate.

Three separate interviews. Call with HR, call with manager, and then a call with two managers that required a sample cold call and presentation about the company, mostly to see if you can create and present a pitch deck.

The conversation focused on the background, job-related expertise, and suitability for the position. The discussion covered my approach to handling difficult situations. The overall tone was professional and structured.
